every couple of months, the magazine i work for "GO STYLE" Magazine - releases a special fashion issue - that includes a big trend dictionary - filled with pictures, information and loads of good stuff. also included in this festival of visuals are some of my illustrations. i love creating these illustrations for the upcoming trends! it is such a satisfaction for me to illustrate all the colors, shapes and styles of the upcoming season. so here they are! enjoy!!!!
whenever i'm on the phone with a friend, i always get an urge to draw something. my subconscious takes over my hand and starts doodling away in a manner that i don't even understand. while im deeply engaged in a conversation with my girlfriend about boys and stuff- without even noticing - i had just created an illustration of a girl wearing a striped blouse and has cute little knickers. and i ask myself- ok where did that just come from?
part 2 of my miss you summer story: i know things are going crazy with the weather over in Europe right now. i mean, Jesus- its cold there! how do ppl manage? as i ponder on this thought i am currently staring outside my office window at a sunny sky, 20 degrees Celsius weather over here in Tel Aviv. i hope i didnt just piss someone off. so here are some fur coats- to keep you warm while i run down to the kiosk with my flip flops. :) ciao
in the dead of winter- where all you wanna do is cuddle up with your loved one in bed ( in my case thats my dog, since BF and i broke up recently - im ok by the way, thanks). but sometimes one has to leave the cozy home - and in order to do that - one needs a warm outfit usually consisting of a good coat- preferably - a chic one. so this is a post dedicated to coats- big, small, tight, loose and everything inbetween.
I was asked to create an illustrated catalog for the designer Aviva Zilberman. we thought of a different way to feature her collection in a more creative way than just doing a fashion shoot. i think these illustrations reflect the cool and quiet essence of her collection.
My friend Yael Badash is an amazing singer just now starting to tour and perform her music. I am working on an album cover for her... she is so beautiful. it is such a challenge...
ever since i've discovered Instagram- i have become an obsessed person, looking everywhere i can to find a good excuse for a click. one day i noticed that i dont have to look far for insparation. i pointed the cam at an illustration that just layed on my desk and filtered it on istagram. loved, loved loved the outcome. i think its a nice combo. dont you?
